Raped and abandoned


Rape crisis centres have proved to be life-saving many times over, so why not fund it properly?

This is a question posed by Martin Brookes, NPC’s Chief Executive, in an opinion piece for the New Statesman. Brookes describes how help for rape victims is disappearing and how government and private donors need to give generously to re-rebuild these vital services.
