Tris Lumley to speak at Barnardo's conference on Do results matter?

Tris Lumley, a NPC senior research analyst and member of the newly founded NPC Tools team, will speak at a conference hosted by Barnardo's on 4th March 2008. The conference, titled Demonstrating Success: Measuring outcomes in the Third Sector, will discuss the complications charities face in measuring both their 'hard' and 'soft' outcomes and Tris will be speaking on the topic Do results matter?, alongside speakers such as Phil Hope MP, Minister for the Third Sector.
